Summer 2008

Quality New York presents Quest for Quality, a three-part sequence of workshops, to help you develop a system for assessing and addressing quality issues. Quality New York will help you use standards, assessments, classroom observation, portfolios, administration, and leadership to implement supports for continuous quality improvement.

Workshop I: Step into Quality will help you understand the continuum of quality: What defines quality? What steps can you take to assess your program’s quality and how to begin improvement.

Workshop II: Quality In Action will help you look at your classrooms and use various assessment tools to improve teaching practices and learning environments

Workshop III: Quality Assured will help you develop a comprehensive system for program assessment and improvement using administrative and supervisory supports effectively.
